Diablo and Oblivion are completely different styles of games. One is the best of its type and the other isn't. You don't need to ask which one I think is the better game, my opinion of oblivion can be found in almost any thread about it.

edit: read it wrong

morrowind is hundred times better than oblivion. Enemy scaling is the dumbest thing ever.

Starcraft II and Diablo 3 will be using a new form of battle.net.... More details in the next few months about that. I'd muse that maybe they'll go for 12-16 players for Diablo games for a more MMO like co-op feel since they're pretty adamant on saying that Co-op is huge to them....

not really morrowind is hundred times better than oblivion. Enemy scaling is the dumbest thing ever.

That was exactly my point. Im very negative of oblivion. Hence the, my opinion of oblivion can be found elsewhere statement.

EDIT If Blizzzard make a game people want to play for years on end then good for them.

They're going away from a lot of the potion using, to more skill based. Using stuns as a barb or horrify as a witch doctor to make fighting seem more in depth and epic.

They've sort've removed the potion belt and used the MMO skill belt so you can have access to skills faster. They're really against discouraging combat stoppage, so they have items that drop that once you walk over them they heal you, give you buffs, etc.

Diablo 3!!!! Oh hell yeah!!!! Diablo is one of my favorite series' of all time. I've been looking forward to this game even more than Starcraft 2!

The gameplay looks awesome! I liked the Deckard Cain appearance "Stay awhile and li..." "We don't have time to talk" haha. Great!

starcraft: "I and every PS3 fanboy alive are waiting for Versus more than FFXIII.
Me since the games were revealed, the fanboys since E3."

Skeeuk: "playstation 3 is the ultimate in gaming acceleration"

IMO the gameplay footage was impressive. I loved the way the ghouls crawled up onto the platforms.

Health globes you pick up can also heal friends nearby, to encourage staying close to each other for massive group combat.

Talking about monsters right now. They want to keep the classic easy to slaughter ones, but also want some new stronger ones to add challenges. The Berserker as an example has an attack that can do enormous damage, but if you step back he gets stuck for a few seconds so you can take them out.

Some monsters synergize with each other, one has a shield and if you can disarm his shield he's a lot easier to take out, otherwise he's an enormous slow tank.

You can still skip story parts if you don't really care for the details behind the story. So for those that want to just ya ya get into the action, have that option still like in Diablo 2.

They have injected stories that can occur anywhere that offer little side missions.

Blizzard are actually hurting PC gaming.

They're making gamers addicted to one or two games, which means less resources for developers who make intelligent, innovative games.

So you think they actually put an addictive substance into there games? The reason people continue to play there games, is because they make games people want to continually play. That's the mark of a great game.

So you would rather a company make a game that gets old a boring, instead of striving for perfection?

Sorry, I will take perfection.

Blizzard are so damn aware of which gameplay elements appeal to the primitive brain. They use all sorts of tricks that trigger the human brain's reward system.

I say it's both good and bad. You get a kick from playing them, but if you think about it in hindsight your experience has been very shallow with Blizzard games - á la WOW. Blizzard make shallow games that take no skills. You don't need a brain to play them (except for their RTS online of course, if you wanna win).

Uh oh, I might just have to wet myself.

I wonder if I can still tank as a Paladin with the 5 hit Zeal attack at a ton of health and mana leech.

What's going on with the story anyway? What's happened since the world stone has been destroyed?

Why cant i download the gameplay video? I can stream it, but its very choppy.

Damn download manager doesnt work.
