Wonder what peripheral EA will make this time. Im thinking this for awhile now. Well Bandai Namcoi have a good idea about the Wii peripheral and it works.
end of core gaming days prediction:
E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced
E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.
E3 2010- Tape runs out

EA's early Wii sports games were ports.
But they are starting to build their sports games (and other games) from the ground up. Madden 09 Wii has things that can't be found in other version (draw your own route for example) -- good things not just gimicks.
Maybe EA realizes that it needs to do more for the new gamers who are not going to buy the sports games just because the year changes.

Bleu, this is an official warning. If you can't stay out of Nintendo-related threads, then at least learn to contribute in a way that doesn't involve trolling.
That said, peripherals kind of ruin, in my opinion, the point of the Wii.

Yeah man, I agree with that. I know I'm a nintendo fanboy or whatever, lol, but I'm just not too big on any peripheral that doesn't do anything, like a sword or a football cover for the Wii-Mote.
Now, I cant' say I'm a Wii-Fit kind of guy, but at least that peripheral has a feature.
Another great peripheral that I like is the Guitar from Guitar Hero.

Peripherals will be the next big thing in gaming, I mean who said the Wii wheel, wii zapper and the balance board will not take off.
Though EA willo make a peripheral than just a piece of plastic just like with family trainer and the balance board one.

shouldn't be hard for one for golf. Of course I couldn't use it because I'd break the fan haha.
