Um...never for me. I hear that Nintendo's pretty good about taking care of their customers...assuming you haven't...modified.....your Wii.

my Wii is REALLY noisy when Brawl is being played.

I have this problem when I play MP3 and Brawl. The other games are fine.

Mine makes clicking noises, but I don't think it is a problem at all.

Also, you would really be in trouble if it made more noise with no disc in, as nothing should be moving other than the fan.

I have that noise too. It sounds like a weed whacker whenever any disc is in. I read somewhere that the problem is that one of the steel bars or something in the Wii is too weak and will bend after extended periods of time. This causes the disc to be rubbing up against something inside. Nintendo will fix it if your warranty isn't expired yet. My Wii is more noticeable than my 360 or PS3. I can actually hear it. I think theres something wrong with the fan lol.
