I have that noise too. It sounds like a weed whacker whenever any disc is in. I read somewhere that the problem is that one of the steel bars or something in the Wii is too weak and will bend after extended periods of time. This causes the disc to be rubbing up against something inside. Nintendo will fix it if your warranty isn't expired yet. Unfortunately by the time i discovered this problem my warranty had expired by two days :(. You can fix it yourself though if you're daring. http://youtube.com/watch?v=1XKKLkqdZ34
