Just read a review (surprising high scores so far), and it said the game only has 1 multiplayer mode. The Quake demo was better, to me...

It irks me that everybody nowadays think online is the same as multiplayer. It's not, you play it on your own against people you don't know and you mostly cannot interact with.

Therefore, Mario Kart Wii is the winner, hands down. It's just great fun to play with your friends, unlike most online games.
