I responded to your PM, but I'll post it here too. Yes they are two different games. CS:Source is the update to Counterstrike using the HL2 "Source" engine. Many people still play the original CS though called CS1.6, the latest version.

Yes, if forced to pick one favorite game, it would be Counterstrike.

I give that post a 9.7.
