It'll be exclusive thorugh this gen, there's not a whole lot of reason to port it to others when Sony consoles seem able enough to move millions on their own. SE can't know whether it would be a hit on Wii and 360 but the PS brand and FF is a sure thing.
And in the wake of the tremendous MGS 4 opening week, the incentive to keep it PS3 only strengthens.

It depends on several factors. Since the PS(X) doesn't have the commanding userbase lead anymore it makes sense now to consider going multiplatform for the franchise.
If they could sell 3 million or 5 million at an extra cost of $10,000,000 but with $60,000,000 in extra revenue there are strong arguments to do so. It will also help boost future sales of the franchise by making it available to more gamers. The same applies to Kingdom Hearts 3 as well. They are a third party, so they do whats in their best interests.

Yes, because Sony will be funding this in someway. It could be like many think MGS 4 has been, the massive marketing fee

final fantasy 13 and final fantasy versus, are both ps3 only games as has been stated by the developers many times. its completly built around the cell and blu-ray and will not appear on 360 and certainly not the wii.
i expect FF13 to sell 10 million copies lifetime worldwide, and over 1 million ps3 consoles sold in just its 1st week of the FF13 launch

yes it will defintely stay exclusive. sony better pay that company a lot of money to pay for this game. I don't want to see it on the 360.

nothing is for certain, the way I see this generation plays out. xbox360 and ps3 will have close market share, it'll be all up to the developer want to tap in more users to their products.
unless the ps3 brand magically double or triple the xbox 360 base like last gen, then expect the same amount of exclusive content for ps3 only.
