Never! Because the 360 will outsell the PS3 overall between July and December 31.

:)

You don't seem to understand this is not only depending on PS3, but Wii as well. Market share of Wii, PS3 and X360.

You don't seem to understand that my statement, by implication means that the Xbox360 will increase in sales so therefore the market share won't drop. (If its true)

No, seriously I did not understand what your were saying when you wrote about X360 vs PS3, and actually meant something completly different, but then again I can blame it on my knowledge of english or your bad writing skills....

It's a shame, really. "The Boss" should do something radical about this Americanization, but it seems hardly feasible, so my days here are numbered.

Around the Network

X360 sales so far this year: 3.4M
Ps3 sales so far: 4.6M
Wii sales so far: 8.4M

Total sales so far: 16.4M

X360 market share this year: 20.7%.

It should go fairly quick...

You may not have noticed this, but this site is about sales figures. All sales figures (both positive and negative) are up for discussion here, and the figures of your clearly beloved 360 are no exception. If you can't handle people discussing actual figures and (possible) causes for it on a site intended to discuss these types of numbers, I suggest you go elsewhere where negative aspects of the 360 are not displayed.

This (http://www.xbox360fanboy.com/) may be right up your alley, good luck there although it would be a shame to see you go with great replys like you just made.

I'm now a proud member of Gazz fan club!

And if Wii wouldn't still be so far away from 50% I would make predictions about that, but I actually believe X360 drops below 30% before Wii gets over 50. Especially when 50% seems a bit of a challenge for Wii, but still reachable.

Hmm id say by mid November 360 will have below 30% market share...

Anyway -- i hope Wii's market share is limited 50 - 52%. That would leave 48 - 50% of the market to the HD consoles ... which is better for the consumer than Nintendo with 70% of the handheld market and 70% of the console market...

Anyway -- when do people think SONY will have 25% market share ?

Why does it matter if it goes below 30% worldwide? What's magical about that number?

They are finally making a profit and they are selling more this year than they did last year, which leads one to believe the profit will continue. This is their goal.

Would they like to sell more units? Sure. But whatever they do from here on out is win/win as they are already in profitibaility mode unless the established 19 million base or whatever suddenly stops buying games and products, which obviously isn't happening.

These numbers are for fanboys to bicker over, not for accountants and economists.

Can't we all just get along and play our games in peace?

i say around october or november
