Metal Gear Solid 4 was a smash hit and now we should move on resistance 2. i think resistance 2 will sell 2.5 million first week. btw, ps3 outsold the wii this week.

I'm being conservative again. R2 is probably the most recognizable game for PS3 this Christmas.

I'll say 1.75-2 million, and Wii outsold PS3 by 11k according to this site w/o japan.

Edit: if you meant america only, please specify. Don't just be a dick and say it outsold it and expect us to know what you mean.
