I've tried to do the Mushroom Gorge, but haven't been able to. And from the video that Grumble Volcano is new for me, need to start playing more again soon.

Yes those are the ones I was talking about Thatmax.

I can pull off the Mushroom Gorge one on a time trial but it's dangerous for a race, I can do the Grumble Volcano one but I have to go straight ahead, I can't do the Toad's factory one or the GBA Bowser one, they are really tough.

N64 Bowser one is pretty easy.
