Wii

Boycotting the following:

1. Yoshi: He ate my car and spit out a toaster.

2. Igglybuff: Totally false advertisement. You can have as many as you like they don't buff nothing.

3. the Terms Hardcore/Softcore... We're talking Video Games. Not Porn.

4. The term Casual as relates to Gamers: We make them sound like outsider's that happen to play games.  If that were the case they'd own a PS3.

5. Donuts.... Beacause I drink Beer...... and the biggest fan of Donuts hates Beer.

6. Boycotts: Their so lame.

360 for me

And i would even argue that 360 games available on PC are still exclusive games.

The PC isn't in the console market and games for windows are part of Microsoft.
They even incorperate your Xbox Live gamertag and you earn achievements.

To me there is no difference between games for the 360, and games for windows.

PC is in direct competition against HD consoles. 360 games available on PC are not exclusive.

And games for Windows is mostly just a label used by several games, that's all. Almost no games even are incorporated on GFW Live.

Lol, I can play Mass effect, Bioshock and Gears of War on my PC. I will play Halo 3 on my PC this year most probably.

Bioshock is on PS3 too, lulz.

So X360 has 5 85%+ games (3 racers, 1 fighting game, 1 3rd person shooter).
Wii has 6 85%+ games (1 RPG, 1 FPS, 1 Platformer, 1 Fighting game, 1 Point&click adventure, 1 Puzzle game).

Conclusion: Wii has the best and most varied exclusives, confirmed.
LOL. You cannot compare PC gaming to the console market. GOW on PC hasnt even sold 1/4 of the 360 version. They are console exclusives in other words you cant play them on any other console at the moment. PS3 does not have Bioshock til it's released. Lets not confuse the issue here.

Gears of War was an overrated, "consolized" FPS that doesn't hold a candle against Crysis, Stalker, Orange Box or Quake Wars on PC. The fact that it was released 1 year after AND was 'GFW Live'-only (which almost every PC gamer hates) didn't help.

GOW was pretty much only sold to PC gamers who already had a Xbox 360 with Xbox Live Gold membership... so yeah, that's a pretty big sales potential right there.......

Almost every other multiplatform online game sells better and makes more profit on PC than any console.Especially if they actually release the damn games on Digital Distribution services.

To answer the original question, the Wii has the best exclusives so far. The 360 would be closer if the bulk of its best games weren't also available on the PC, and the same goes for the PlayStation 3. The Wii, in contrast, has the most high-quality games that you can only play on that system. Of course, if your tastes don't include the Wii's games, then you're still better off buying one of the other systems, or getting a gaming PC.

Gears of War isn't over rated and it isn't even a FPS.

And yeah GFW is no good, Steam is the future of PC gaming i think.

Also in your response to my point, the Microsoft Game Studio games that appear on Windows and the 360 all incorperate the Xbox live gamertag. You don't think they are exclusive but will you admit they are exclusive to Microsoft platforms?

Exclusives? Wii, since 360 and PS3 share so many games.

Actually, Starcraft, according to DMeisterJ's sig, Wii and 360 are tied in terms of exclusives vis a vis metacritic. 360 has more total 90% games (as your sig shows), but as we know a lot of those games aren't exclusives (even console exclusives)

And yeah, Brute said on one "console" but going by what he was referring to, he counted PC as a console. Which is why he said Squilliam's list contains a lot of games that aren't exclusive.

At no point in that post did Brute say that the PC counts as a console.

DMeisterJ, being somewhat fond of Sony, hasn't included 360 console exclusives in his signature.........

Brute was saying a lot of the game Squilliam mentioned weren't exclusive. But Squilliam didn't mention any games that were on both the PS3 and 360. Just on PC and 360. So, thus, he was ocunting PCs in there as well.

My consoles and the fates they suffered:

Atari 7800 (Sold), Intellivision (Thrown out), Gameboy (Lost), Super Nintendo (Stolen), Super Nintendo (2nd copy) (Thrown out by mother), Nintendo 64 (Still own), Super Nintendo (3rd copy) (Still own), Wii (Sold)

A more detailed history appears on my profile.

well...

if we are including the PC in the definition of "console" for the purposes of this thread. Then the PC wins.

If we are excluding it...then the 360 wins.

PC
360
Wii
PS3

MrBubbles Review Threads: Bill Gates, Jak II, Kingdom Hearts II, The Strangers, Sly 2, Crackdown, Zohan, Quarantine, Klungo Sssavesss Teh World, MS@E3'08, WATCHMEN(movie), Shadow of the Colossus, The Saboteur

I don´t consider the PC a console, so I´ll consider titles such as Mass Effect, Gears and others as console exclusive....so, with that said, it goes 360 > PS3 > Wii right now, IMO.

DS, wait... consoles? wii then
