After MGS4 get Uncharted! It's by far the best game on the ps3 after MGS. :D

Well, the Uncharted demo is a good place to start, but the actual game has a bit more platforming and exploration than the demo. Also, some of the set pieces in the actual game are truly stunning, and the story keeps you going the entire time.
