I call Big N to complain about the Wii memory problem,
She told me the same old story about re-downloading and copy to the SD card,
I told her it was such a pain in the ass to re-download and copy the games,
I just want to turn on my Wii and play, not  download or copy then play.

I ask her if there will be a solution to the memory problem down the road and
she told me that it has been rumored that a hard drive will be coming and she
said the buzz has increased in the past weeks.

She also said she receives several calls a week about the memory problem.

I call them once a week for the past 2 month, this was the first time they said a HDD was rumored.

lets hope they announce the HDD at E3

She probably just said that to get you off the phone. Heck, I'd do that to annoying customers who's complaining about stuff that I have absolutely 0 control over. :)

Considering this is Nintendo we're talking about, I really doubt a customer service rep. knows what the company's planning. Unless they tell those employees more than they tell Nintendo of Europe executives. Which is more plausible than it should be, really.

Isn't there a guy that called an 800 number every day just to hear some female's voice? In Japan, I think?  Arrested too.

I don't think you have to keep calling anymore until after E3. If they don't announce anything after that, then you ca just keep on calling.

Anyways, I too hope that they release an HD. I'ts nice to know I can just sit back and relax since there are plenty of others fighting for the cause.
