1. Box up WiiFit.
2. Take to parent's house.
3. Give it to them to use.
4. Go to gym.

wow, you do that every day? maybe you should just leave it at your parents, it would save you the trip.

Does everybody workout in the morning?

I don't have wii fit, But I wouln't work out in the morning if I had it, I would do it in the evening or before I go to bed

^^ That's when I do my Wii Fit work out. Right before bedtime.

I weigh myself in the morning and do the other stuff in the afternoon or evening.

I purchased Wii Fit a month ago and have unlocked most levels and games. I wore a heart monitor to make sure I was in the zone (145 bpm and up) and to maximize my work out this is what I do.

Do the island run for 10 minutes and while the game is transitioning to hula hoop and run in place then do the regular hula hoop and then the super hula hoop and then transition to the boxing for 10 minutes and while the instructions for the pattern is given I do jumping jacks to maintain my high heart level. I find the heart rate to be the highest on the hula hoop.
After this aerobic work out (about 35 minutes) I transition to the strength workout. The one arm stand (I think that's the name) where you lie down and get up with control in hand that has to stay straight up for 30 times each side. I then move to the knee arm reach (I think that's the name) for 20 times each side. I then do the push up plank 20 times and then the jackknife for 20 times.
There are suggestions for yoga combinations that I satisfy, too. I finish with a couple of balance games-ski jump and soccer balls. This routine takes over an hour to complete. I am going to do more yoga on alternate days with the aerobic mix, but always do some yoga. I feel my core is still not optimum.

wow. I don't know how you managed to find this thread. So who here is still doing the routine they outlined above? I'm not However, I started doing other exercises, but I think I'm going to start doing my Wii Fit routine as it did work before and helped me lose 10lbs.

1. Warm up and yoga.
2. Aerobics
3. Strength training

Throughout these I play balance games so as to not get bored. I hate exercise but unfortunately it's gotta be done.

During the work week, I hop on every second evening or so.

- 20 credits worth of yoga to warm up and stretch (my spine loooooves this)

- 15 credits of strength training focusing on my core muscles

- 14 credits of rhythm boxing plus additional cardio if I have the time/energy

- on the weekend, I do a double course once or twice to really push my limits when it won't impact my work performance

-Look at Wii Fit sales on VGChartz.
-Say to myself "Damn! I was sooo wrong about this game"
-Watch pornography. Usually 75-100 reps will conclude the workout.

In response to "wow. I don't know how you managed to find this thread" I searched Wii routines.  Why do you ask?
