I can guarantee you that the tenchu one is a quality game, just to remind you the one who made tenchu 3 and tenchu Z was K2, the one who made the first 2 games was acquire software, now acquire software was back.

end of core gaming days prediction:

E3 2006-The beginning of the end. Wii introduced

E3 2008- Armageddon. Wii motion plus introduced. Wii Music. Reggie says Animal crossing was a core game. Massive disappointment. many Wii core gamers selling their Wii.

I would hardly call this the flood gates, but E3 isn't here yet, so I am hoping for more and better announcements still...

And I would hardly call any of them quality especially Tenchu.  It almost reminds me of how some PS3 fans would spout GotY as soon as a game got announced.  All of them could be great or steaming piles of poo, but it's too early to tell at this point.

Thank you!

If I had said that I'd have been hung.

But seriously, Tenchu 4 (Developed by the same people as Tenchu Z).  If it's anything like Tenchu Z, you will feel foolish when this game comes out Benga.

Rune factory right now only has a Japan release.

You don't even list what type of game Dokapon Kingdom is.

The only game that I would even consider that may turn out good is Spyborgs

what makes those games quality?

Just finished responding the shamless's debunk toward the subject.

Of course it depends on your definition of quality, but there are hardly any really bad RPG's, so even if Dokamon Kingdom looks "kiddy" it will probably be quite decent. These strange Japanese games are definitely something that we haven't seen much this gen.

Tenchu is a sequel to quite a good series, Spyborgs is made by Capcom and the makers of Ratchet, Rune Factory is very good on DS.

But I didn't start this thread to say: look at all these AAA games coming to Wii. I want Wii owners to stop moaning and focus on the good stuff that is announced.

And E3 should reveil even more.

That's part of the problem. If you give the impression you want to shut them up, it just sets them off even more.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

sheesh... Just let them rant! We all knew that in the end Wii will be the victor of this generation.

Meh... the only game that interests me on that list is Spyborgs, but it doesn't matter. The Wii has plenty of fine-looking third-party games coming up.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Again: I don't say that all these games will be 8 or higher, not at all.

The Wii owners are complaining the whole week that nothing but casual crap comes from 3rd party devs. These four could all end up very bad, but won't ever be casual-minded-shovelware.

Tenchu 4 will be made by the original team, which gives me confidence, because it's Aquires A-team. Capcom already announced that Spyborgs and Dark Void are the two most important new IP they're working on. I'm pretty sure Capcom will make sure it's good.

Rune Factory DS sold pretty good in the US, so I think the Wii version will come as well.

Woo, go Wii!!

Seriously though: A lot of the Wii owners on here do seem to be rather whiny. But I think it's more the fact that Wii games just can't get the "flashy" effect from screenshots like PS3/360 games can. Some developer will announce a game, release a few 1080p screenies, and have every PS3/360 fanboy proclaiming it GotY without even seeing a single gameplay video. Wii owners are just more jaded than that, I suppose.

"'Casual games' are something the 'Game Industry' invented to explain away the Wii success instead of actually listening or looking at what Nintendo did. There is no 'casual strategy' from Nintendo. 'Accessible strategy', yes, but ‘casual gamers’ is just the 'Game Industry''s polite way of saying what they feel: 'retarded gamers'."

Erm...

I'm not going to make any more blanket statements about Wii owners, but I'm pretty sure that you have things mixed up.
