for me its mainly Pokemon and Mario RPG's...

 That's because Star Ocean is a popular(and well-liked) JRPG series.  I am also suprised that Valkyrie Profile hasn't been mention since the game is considered a cult classic.  Radiata Stories is a very niche game and isn't even a series(not yet anyway)

I don't quite understand why Radiata not yet being a series has to do with the quality of the game.

Not seeing quite as much Xenosaga as I thought I would either.

Radiata Stories may be entertaining but is also very flawed.  Xenosaga is/was never particulary popular so that doesn't really comes as a suprise and also some people actually hated Xenosaga.

BoFIII, nice.

One of the most overlooked RPG's ever.

I had a Rei with over 350 AGL, popped him in front in a chain formation, we killed everything (save berserker and archmage) on the first turn.
