@Gamer4life A region they can call theirs? by that logic Sony will have 2 regions they can call theirs : Europe and Japan. 2nd place , you know Wii owns them all... not very smart argument, yours.

bull crap they ARE having ads for MGS4. They are doing a big sneek peek at the game after the MTV MOVIE AWARDS JUNE 1ST i am looking at it right now why the hell wouldnt the do ads just watch mtv tonight

When compared to the previous generation where SONY had all 3 by a wide margin. I'd say its a victory for MS. Considering NA is the biggest market for consoles I'd say yea its great for MS.

You are using a baseless rumor that no one has confirmed (except Darth) as a way to rant and explain why you think Sony is done in the console market. In other words, you believed the BS that the OP claimed without using logic and without looking at the big picture, and you won't stop your panic whining because of it.


To answere what you said and hopefully clear this up.

Sony have pretty much said themselfs if 3rd party devs want to be with them that's up to them (They are not paying for anymore exclusives etc), but lets face it wasn't it 3rd party devs that made them to be no1 in the console game to begain with??.

So why turn their backs on them now??.

Nintedo done pretty much the same thing with them in the snes to PSX-Sat gen look how that turned out for them, its only now nintendo has come back and im pretty sure almost any nintendo fan can show this too.

so its not baseless facts, dont give up what made you..

You started whining and ranting based on a stupid rumor that is going to end up not happening, end of story.

As for your other comments. Sony still pays for 3rd party support. that "we don't buy 3rd party support" comment made by Jack Tretton was PR spin and BS. Since then they've made "agreements" with Epic and Ubisoft to be time exclusives on the PS3. MGS4 is the same story, Sony has marketed the game on their own numerous times and is packaging a game in their console for all territories.

I'm guessing you didn't realize all this since picking out what's logical and what's bullshit in this industry is not your strong point. You might want to sober up before you hit the message boards next time, drunks typically make fools of themselves.

BTW: the second MGS4 TV commerical was shown recently on MTV.

If true it may be due to the weak US dollar, selling too many PS3s at this point may be too costly.

American fanboys need to stop thinking that America is the only country that matters when it comes to gaming. There aren't enough of American "hardcore" gamers to make the console a success on the level of the PS2.
