to dmeisterj-----> Have you seen a original Wii FPS thats not a world war 2 shooter or just a port of a PS2/PSP game? Can you show me? Thats why Red Steel needs a sequel and thats why Red Steel sells even its crap.

wasnt MOH:H2 build from a different dev team then the psp one

Someone else already mentioned it in this thread and I think he is right so I am quoting him:

The genre is totally underrepresented on the Wii so people interested in FPS grasp for every straw of hope.

I saw that quote, but I still don't get it.

Instead of waiting for an actual good game, you'd get excited over a probably crappy game?

It looks like they do. I really don't care for any FPS games, but I can understand why people would look forward to Red Steel 2.

Also, stop with the hypocrisy. You didn't wait for an actual good game and bought Army of Two.

Army of two was a horrible purchase.

But I have a friend at best buy, and I can buy games, and just take them back if I don't like them, which is normally what I do.  So I may have "bought" Army of Two, but I really didn't

Excitement for a 6.0 game.

Hrm...

It happens. Remember Lair.

I meant excitement for a sequel of a 6.0 game.

No one is excited for a Lair sequel, but for some reason, people want Red Steel 2...

I don't get it.

I have been saying the same thing about Killzone 2 for over a year now.

I liked Red Steel. Despite some wonky sword fighting controls, I thought it was pretty fun.

@famousringo
But that's only my opinion.

Just to be clear, I'm not trying to insinuate that all opinions are irrational. I'm just stating that when an argument has been torn to shreds, the argument's proponents will usually cower behind the wall of opinion rather than admit defeat.

So it's perfectly okay to like Red Steel, you're just crazy. ;)

Ubi: Hey Wii user, We are peeing on Wii...! We are peeing on Wii!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor PS3 Sales Means Smaller Losses

"Actually, because the number of units sold was not as high as we hoped, the loss was better than our original expectation," Quotes from Sony’s CFO Nobuyuki Oneda.

Well, we're "excited" about the potential that the game could have. If it turns out that it is a good game, we'll be happy. Otherwise, too bad for Ubisoft.

How many cups of darkness have I drank over the years? Even I don't know...

Some of you make me laugh. I don't see this much shit flung at people who wanted a Killzone sequel. That thing was the definition of absolute mediocrity plus a side of turd.
