Super Mario Galaxy is my favourite. I believe it's the best Wii game available right now. Other games mentioned in this thread are really close.

I would definately go with Super Mario Galaxy. It was an amazing, new experience that used the Wii's unique controls perfectly. Brawl and Twilight Princess would take second and third.
