Oh yeah, definitely. Until sony actually puts more than $10 monthly towards their online stuff, they won't really improve at anything more than a snail's pace.

Just think of a second, that actually isn't a second.  

Think about doing an action, and nothing else changing in the world.  The sun stays up, clouds don't move, but you do.  The break in the space-time continuoum.

Only if they were in the same rift that you were in, since each second has it's own plane of existance where everything and person were at that time, there's plenty of planes of existance for every single person to never see another person again.
