I don't get it.

That only works if BBcode is a forum option such as on vBulletin boards.

The way I learned here is to Click Rich Text Reply.
Click Insert New Table (bottom row, left icon).
Change the columns and rows to 1 each.
Type or paste your text in the new table.
Top line should say the original posters name.  Put it in bold.
Second line should be their text.
Click Table Cell Properties (Bottom row, 3rd from the left icon).
Click Advanced tab.
Click the small box to the right of Border Color and select a gray color.
Click the small box to the right of Background Color and select white.

If there is a faster way, I'd love to know about it.

I quote someone

then I open another tab in the same thread and quote someone else

Select all > copy in the second tab

and paste it in the original quote.

Weird how this quote tag indents it for some reason.  It kinda bothers me and makes me want to use Pichu's method.  I can just middle-click the Quote buttons in Firefox and then cut-paste them all into one comment without the indentation and without having to type the quote tag at all.
