I like the boxart, reminds me of suikoden.

If you like the boxart for this game, you have probably not have seen the JP/EU boxart for ICO(from the developers of Shadow of the colossus)

By inference, things need to be complex for HD owners.

If that's the case, Sony and Microsoft should clutter up their hardware boxart asap. I knew there had to be a reason for those PS3 and 360 sales.

That must be the reason they didn't buy PS3's at launch instead of Wii's. They were just too simple to realize how great of a deal paying 599 USD for a console with not games, was.

I wish I wasn't so simple, and then maybe I would play my PS3...at all.

At first I thought it was kind of plane, but now I like it. Still prefer the original ToS box, but that's ok too. I usually find box arts look better on the shelf anyway though... maybe that's just me.

I actually love it! I think it's better than ToS box art because we were sure that Zelos was a girl by looking on the box. I also prefer the NA box art for Tales of the Abyss to the Japanese one.

And it's not true that games on HD consoles have box that are more complex. GTA4's cover is simple yet pretty good.

Why so many wii boxarts have a white background? Do they really like the color?....
