PS3 and 360 sales falling, and the gap between them is closing. Of course MGS will widen that gap for a short time, but it looks as though GTA is not going to have a huge long term affect (well it is, but not on the face of things)

How can something with no set time be late? Until ioi makes some form of promise to release them at such and such time the numbers can't be late.

The difference between PS3 and 360 hardware sales seem to get smaller and smaller every week since GTA launch. Here is a breakdown:

GTA Launch week:

PS3: 204,088
360: 145,304
Diff: + 60k

GTA Launch week +1:

PS3: 133,335
360: 101,940
Diff: + 30k

GTA Launch week +2:

PS3: 104,306
360: 83,632
Diff: + 20k

The 360 price drop seems to have a decent long term affect on 360 hardware sales in others, which is good for Microsoft.

 Yeah, the Wii and DS were a real disappointment this week.

Pretty good sales all around.

OK maybe not so much for the PSP...

It's easier to have bigger drops when you have higher sales.

This is a clear sign of his honesty, since most of us would've fudged the numbers a bit, just to make them look cooler. ^^

On the other hand, maybe his original numbers were 222,222 and he knew what people would think, so he took two off!?!?
