im thining this game will have mixed reviews

Just like Assassin's Creed....

I must say i'm very disappointed with this review, the demo was not all that bad either and the 4player co-op and the story sound pretty good. As other people in this thread have listed there are many other demo's that are far worse then this and they get much better reviews, Turok, Timeshift, Conan, and many other ones are alot worse and they get higher scores.

Tons of visual issues abound within the game, from texture tears and non-descript environments to pop-in and odd animation problems."  to the graphics was very odd aswell, since it sounds like they are reviewing GTA4.  The game also did not have that bad of graphics, it was better in many areas then CoD4.  It's no where near Halo3 for lighting and textures, but it had better character models.

I kinda liked the Iron Man demo, too, though...heh...

i dont really go on just reviews, i prefer to play games before making a judjment, and when i played the Haze demo i was impressed.

 Was someone actually lookig at this game like it was going to be the savior or something? Its Ubisoft, they can barely make good games.

Hmmm...strange. The demo wasn't great, but I've played worse. I didn't think it was all that bad. Probably would have given it a 7.0.

I'll have the last laugh when MGS4 gets 10's..

a 1-page rant about story and character development...hmm...this reviewer really, almost threw the whole weight of his opinion over that "aspect". He didn't describe multiplayer enough, number of maps? modes? gameplay? I guess the underwhelming graphics and poor plot frustrated him in a way he didn't give MP a chance. A good reviewer should describe everything the whole game has to offer, he should't assume the readers will find out somewhere else, or I just might not waste my time going into his website to read reviews. How was the framerate? Does the game at least flow well without slowdown? Can you play the vehicles in MP? are there objectives? Why is the gameplay so bad? He blames the "nectar gimmick" but also says you only have it for a couple of stages, so was that so bad to ruin the whole game?

sigh...for the looks of it, a rental at best. But still think the reviewer just hated the plot and graphics and then went to write his review in a blind-fury rage.
