 I want to maintain a level of dignity by making believable predictions. Not make huge lies that are impossible to achieve

I want to maintain a level of dignity by making believable predictions. Not make huge lies that are impossible to achieve


 but then, you do lose that "respect' When 1 of his prediction (out of 1232 million) came true. Some people were actually praising him for it.

Rock, nothing the PS3 has shown so far or even what it has promised for the future gives the slightest hint that it can sell 1 million units every month in "others"

In other words there is no data that backs up your claim, the PS3 is not following the same trend as the Ps2. That much is clear. So the actual assumption your using to come up with this figure is factually incorrect.

In short. no way. not in any year (with the exception of December)

I just did a little check even the DS and PS2 didn't manage to sell anywhere near 200K a week in others

 It is good to make high predictions like this. The future outlook looks awesome if these predictions did came true. We have to take into account market growth of the video game industry. As well as many other factors including price cuts, AAA titles, increased production of consoles.
