I have confidence it will be good...but then, I'm a huge fan of Oblivion, and I never played Fallout 1 and 2. How long are those, btw? But yeah, I'm all for the expanding of the gaming market. Sony did it for 10 years, and now Nintendo is doing it again after saving the industry in the 80s. Good times.

Well i didn't want to read the whole thread.. But to put it simply, no i don't enjoy seeing the downfall of the HD consoles. I just enjoy Nintendo being back on top.

As far as I can see, our preferred form of entertainment will go down the shitter as it becomes less and less profitable to make hardcore games. The success of the HD consoles is extremely likely to be the deciding factor on what the state of gaming will be in the next gen.


Well, let's look at this the other way around, I don't think HD console owners care about the Wii being so successful.

The biggest multi-plat games are still exclusive to us. GTA IV, Resident Evil 5, Metal Gear Solid 4, Final Fantasy XIII etc...

PS360 owners care about the success of the Wii, about as much as a Ferrari F430 owner cares about the success of Toyota.

If PS360 games would look half as good as they are would you still play them ? I doubt.

Well, after playing call of duty 4 and seeing the killzone 2 videos, your comments on gameplay and graphics.... just seem, irrelevant

PS2 is still beating the Nintendo Wii in console sales.
PS2 = 125 million. Wii = 26 million.
