Yeah, definitely fake. When you look at it close up you can see the characters are out of focus in relation to each other.

Or the online version of that level could just have a standard default setting (say, noon), or maybe it'll be randomized. Not in any way a real obstacle to doing online play.

At this point I wouldn't guarantee online play, but if it doesn't have it, someone at Nintendo really needs to get his ass fired. I've said it before - that would be the worst PR move since the $599 pricetag.

Not having online play in Super Smash Bros Brawl is not a "PR move"....it would just suck though.

I will be having tons of fun with this game either way...online would simply make put it as a contender for "best game ever"

Also...yeah, that boxart is completely fake...it looks shopped. I can tell from some of the pixels and from seeing quite a few shops in my time.
