what was Melee's total?

the more the merrier-

one thing that needs to be figured in with the totals is that fact that Melee had about 10 clones... If Brawl has no clones, it could end up having much more variety.

Also, I can't wait to see how Ness will play. Kind of steals the 'newness' of Lucas.

Sweet! 3 more characters revealed! Ness is cool Lucario is cool! Never cared for Jigglypuff. :-/ Mewtwo sucked in Melee...but that doesn't mean he couldn't have been improved in Brawl if he was in which he is most likely not.
