wow the pikmin update is really awesome

PS - I have already lost sleep over that announcement...and yes I know that is sad..but I really do LOVE pikmin..the little sleep I do get will end up being filled with little purple pikmin being hurled through the air towards lumbering yet tiny beasts whose purpose in life is to mush them..../daydream.....

Pikmin just has strange powers over me...I don't know why or how...but it does.....

But anyway, this update was amazing. Olimar looks so awesome (and I bet he has an awesome final smash).

wow, olimar looks like a fun character. i really like that part about the pikimin chain being dependent on how many pikimin you have out. it really adds a risk factor to throwing to often. xD

Olimar will be difficult to master, but looks like he is going to be a strong character once you know how to use him.

I sure hope pikmin do a lot of damage 'cause Olimar seems a little short changed it the attack department. One move to 'pluck' Pikmin - and good luck doing that without being attacked. One move to recall / reorder pikmin - ditto. That's one or two attack moves less than anyone else.

On the flipside there's a lot not shown here. When Olimar does a basic attack do the pikmin attack the same opponet as well for up to 7 on 1? Do the pikmin act as guards watching your rear - that'd be awesome! Do they die easily or more like nana? Do they defend themselves or can you grab and toss them off fairly easily?

For sure pikmin are the most interesting addition so far.

It looks like The Wal-Mart thing was a definite mistake and the price is again at 49.82.

I ordered irt at the cheap level of 19.82 so I'll let y9ou know if they send me an email, etc. if they back out of their mistake.
