So, whenever I find something particularly striking that I KNOW I can share with you guys from my work, I will do so, and I thought this might interest you guys.

The day that Super Mario Galaxy went on sale, we had 92 pre-orders for it.

It is now two months before SSBB releases, and we have 232 pre-orders for SSBB thus far.

That is all.

It'll probably end up doing something like quadrupling Galaxy pre-orders, unless Nintendo stops us from taking more.

And yes, Galaxy was our most pre-ordered game last year (although Guitar Hero came close if you tallied all the SKUs together). I've never seen any game get over 100 pre-orders. 

But most everyone who is buying Brawl is preordering I bet. Its like Halo. Who expects to walk in day one and buy it? (Although you could)

Crap. I guess that means I should probably pre-order mine from Amazon (stupid moving to PAL region after buying a US Wii) about now.

But wow was that an awesome video. I don't care that it didn't give us more info. It was awesome.

Hopefully it means they're going to use the E3 2006 song a lot in the game. That is an awesome song.

Today's update was lame and most of it was footage we've seen before.

About the only new thing was bowser holding the gun.

 There is JumpFest in Japan, but that won't start till tomarrow so I doubt this was for that. Although, it doesn't rule it out. But parhaps we'll get an epic update Monday. Depends on what happens this weekend.

I doubt they'll post anything interesting until after Christmas. Wouldn't want to distract us from making purchases now! Afterwards, I expect they'll kick back into high gear as we approach the Japanese launch date.

After Japanese launch they'll start revealing 'unlockable' characters, which we'll all know about anyway thanks to the internet, but whatever, still interesting. I hope Tails is unlockable!
