 I would say people in Japan probably do.  Japan is more tradition and culture based.  America is more science based with things like this.  There is even arguments that Dragons WERE Dinosaurs and the transition of terms was brought about through the lack of documentation and lack of faith in old stories as the age of reason began to rear its head.

It's more dramatic to stutter before saying something, like you're so excited or amazed by what you're seeing. It's obviously not as common in typing, though in written dialogue it does appear...like "is that a - is that a new car?"

Okay music, but this one would really benefit from being orchestrated... Can't stand the computer-voice thing...

He also stutters in the "What is a Final Smash" update and in DK's Final Smash update. I'm sure he does it in a lot more.

I think the music's fine though...it might lose too much of its quirkiness and videogame qualities in orchestra form...though I doubt it would be worse.
