While 35 characters seems to be the alotment now, there is still the question as to why Square-Enix is listed as one of the copyrighted companies involved in Smash Brothers Brawl. It was also said there would be a third 3rd party character.

As I said before, it wouldn't surprise me if certain characters were only unlockable via save data from upcomming Wii games, Virtual Console Titles or DS Game connectivity. Imagine only being able to unlock, let's say, Sora by connecting your DS to the Wii via Wi-Fi with the new Kingdom Hearts game in your DS and Brawl in the Wii. Such details may not be unveiled until the game is released in all regions.

I don't know why people are upset about Ganon's move set, it really wouldn't have made much sense to give him a completely new move set when everyone has been playing him this way for over seven, going on eight, years now.

I'm definitly holding out for Krystal, this game needs more girls.

ganondorf has so much potential for an amazing moveset.

its such a waste to have him as a slower, lamer version of captain falcon. i don't think anyone would care if he had an overhaul.

That would be terrible, and if it happens I would be very angry.

Why not, he could have the light sword thing from TP, and a FS could see him transform into the lion Ganon.

why would it be terrible? It would be a great way of promoting a new title as well as spicing up a game you already had with a new addition.

I'm fine with Ganondorf regardless. If he had a sword he'd probably just be a bigger slower version of one of the sword fighting characters. He also never transforms into a lion, he transforms into a massive Pig Beast with a mane.
