You don't have to worry about me. I don't like this tournament's rules at all so I'll volunteer to be a coach.

protest banned to counter-pick-bridge of eldin: its a walkoff, but other stages have walkoff (mario circuit); the bomb is extremely obvious (halberd), it has a hole that disappears which means its temporary (walls in pokemon stadium 1).
protest neutral stages to counter-picks-delfino and lylat:
delfino: too many platforms, it favors meta knight a ton and others as well. the walkoff should also call for automatic counter-pick at best.
lylat: tilting stage: harms projectiles and other specific moves. it causes lots of problems to characters who auto l-cancel as it changes the amount of frames in the air.
rule six:
please explain the exact limits of infinites and reasoning for limits.
infinites should be allowed a certain number of times. the work done to get there should rewarded/punished. a person who does not tech deserves damage against falco and falco must also risk delay if he wants to laser lock.
all chain grabs are broken on walkoff stages. this should mean that either walkoff stages are banned, or absolutely no chain grabs allowed.
tidbits:
how will timed out games be settled (both 1v1 and 2v2)?
what happens if that tie breaker doesnt work?
how will you deal with stalling?
what happens with lag? it changes between games, which will cause problems. im assuming this problem will be ignored.
should all stages with walkoffs be banned?
edit:two more
on delfino, the platforms are specifically anti-ike. they slant in a way that really hurts his playing style, ignoring the platforms in the rest of the level.
i suggest that one counter pick can be banned per selection via winning team/non selecting team. the selection will be placed before that stage is selected so that a stage that is rejected will be the stage that they dont want to play on, and not have mind games in stage selection.
Is this for real? Just want some confirmation on this, I heard Ness and Lucas are pretty much useless in Tourneys because of an animation glitch that allows characters to infinitely chain grab you as many times as they like.

I was pretty good with Ness, and thought they definitely improved him from his Melee counterpart but I could be wrong if no one finds a remedy to break free from this grab.

I signed up! should be fun.
Speaking of fun, is there a prize? Like BrawlCentral's VC game of choice or something?

@ riot. I've played wasa's MK, which I remind you was the character to beat TGM, and he beat me with his last stock. MK for me is considered one of my hardest matchups due to his aggressiveness, but it's nothin that can't be worked around.
@ Tao. I"m not claiming victory, I know I can't beat Wasa and TGM, well actually, I can't even beat you, but it'll be fun. Suggestion for you tao, if you lose with lucas, I would switch to ness, cause i think your a better ness player when it comes to duels.

mario kart is a walk off except that there are cars going by in the middle at multiple times during the fight. plus, u can fight on the platforms if u are afraid of walk offs. with the bridge of eldin. u are stuck on a flat surface where ever once in a while u are interupted.
Delfinos walk of is only temp. the level changes constantly to keep variety. ike is not affect anymore or less than any other character that has a striaght UP+B move.
i personaly hate lylat. the tilts does mess up projectiles but it only temp. and if all your going to do is spam, im glad it tilts.
if time runs out, the winner is determined by who has the most stock. if thats a tie then u go by who has the LEAST damage.
a infinite can not be escaped out of. these are banned. no exceptions. ive ran/attened over 50 tournaments to know that infinites are unfair.
if a match is so laggy that it cannot be played. contact me and i will set up something else.

the cars are temporary as you say, so i will hold my mario protest. i dont understand the reasoning on eldin though.
delfino walk off is only part of the problem. if this is the case then castle siege should be counter-pick or even neutral. The platforms on the main part are angled to make it hard for ike, the stages are also bad for ike with slight tilting (it affects all decently long disjointed hitboxes, but ike is teh worst), and the stage that is only small platforms just kills him. such a disadvantage because of a stage should absolutely not be neutral.
personal taste should not come in to the choice in stages. if there is any sort of problem with a stage it should instantly become counter-pick. what i am complaining about with projectiles is that it tilts to cancel any projectile. projectiles are part of a characters strategy to force an opponent to come to them, if they don't have it then they can be put at a terrible disadvantage.
what if they are tied in stock and damage (just as a catch-all). super sudden death is not fair.
there are only 5 known infinites: ice lock, laser-lock, snake edge d-throw, ice climbers throws, and d3 cg. laser-lock and d3 cg are only infinites when against a wall or on a walk off stage. on normal stages they go till the edge. ic throws are just unfair, but the limit is different than d3 which makes no sense. ice lock is different. snake edge dthrow needs a rule though. d3 cg (even if only 2 throws) on any kind of walk off is unfair.
if a match is unplayable then there needs to be protection. a person who cant play because of it might quit, or someone might use it as an excuse.
what are the rules on stalling and how counter-picks will be chosen.
the least damage rule still feels retarded. Seems like it gives the advantage to those lighter characters who NEED to stay at lower damage anyway, compared to the bigger guys who may be at 150 damage, but still need double that before they're gonna get knocked off the stage. I often suck at the sudden death mode, but I still prefer it to going by the number.
