@Jess: "Others" yes but no "other". Others is all world minus America (both actually) and Japan. "Other" is a part of "others" minus Europe, Australia and (I think) NZ.

I'd have said similar list, and to add to that, the "other" list is different for different consoles. For example China is included in "other" for PS3, but not for Wii or 360, since PS3 is the only one of the three that's released in China (mainland, all three are out in HK). And i'm not sure if any of the 3 are out in India. Of course, DS or PSP may have had its release in there.

None of the current gen consoles have been officially released in mainland China. Any consoles for sale there are imports from Hong Kong, and should be tracked as Hong Kong sales.
Both 360 & PS3 have been officially released in India. Sales are in the very low thousands/month.
The only country in Africa where they have been officially released is South Africa, Wii has been released there too.
The PS3 has been released in half a dozen or so Middle Eastern markets, the 360 in at least the United Arab Emirates. UAE is the main country for console sales in the Middle East. PS3 has also been released in Israel, although I assume they have a different distrbutor to the rest of the Middle East.
In Asia 360 & PS3 have been officially released in Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan. Wii has been launched in at least Korea.
So for current gen consoles the countries are:
Hong Kong
India
Israel
New Zealand
Singapore
South Africa
South Korea
Taiwan
United Arab Emirates (+ other countries in the region)
PS2 and handhelds have been officially released in a lot more countries than this.
I think that NZ isn't part of other but part of Australia (on vgchartz of course). The same situation as with Portugal belonging to Spain.
But Im not 100% sure this and I can be wrong.
