There's a huge chance they went back to the drawing board AGAIN after successfully porting over the Crystal Tool engine. I dunno. I'm hoping they aren't straying too far from the second concept, because I kind of liked that. It would be great if all this waiting was purely down to them giving the game the time as resources it needs for people to be like "yeah, they're finally fully behind the wii with this game."

well, it's been 2-3 years and we are still watching at the same trailer!!

anything new!? i hope it will be released along with FF13!
(the fact that it's being developed for long shows that they put some effort!!)

Nothing new yet.

 

But that second trailer came out last year, not 2+ years ago.

What?  It's a Final Fantasy game...it's a bit more than a concept...

SE is always like this with their games...how much gameplay have you seen of FFXIII?  Oh, right, like 10 seconds maybe?

Sure, it's possibly cancelled...but I see no reason why they wouldn't come out and say it's cancelled.  I'm guessing they're just delaying and working slowly on it.
