It depends on the age of consent. In the UK sex with a minor is classed as statutory rape, due to them being legally unable to give their permission.

I'm well aware of how F'd up the rape double standard is, but this article makes it sound like she was quite clearly willing and still admits that she was...so what gives?  The article says "the family" is claiming rape....wth?
