Anywhere in between 1.5-3Million , the halo brand name will help it but the fact it's more of a PC genre does'nt work to well in it's favours.

should definatly do a million simply because of the brand name

then name halo attached to it will increase its sales by at least 2 million i think. many ignorant fanboys of the series will buy it thinking its some type of add-on or new halo game when the see it at lamestop, not realizing its an rts. i think it will do about 2.5 million.

I'm guessing it sell at the very least over 1 million. This is based on the strength of the Halo franchise, the more then likely over-the-top marketing push and the past history of the devs.

Ensemble studios is hoping to redefine the way rts games are played on consoles and from what i've seen so far, the game is looking quite good. So it depends on how good the game actually is, and how close it feels to the other Halo games.

So if it is what they want it to be, and the Halo name is stil strong, i reckon it will sell about 3 million.

I see it hitting between 3 - 5 million. The Halo brand name along ensures that it'll do over a million, it would be the biggest surprise in gaming history if it didn't.

This will be pushed heavily and it wouldn't surprise me if it does over a million in its first week. Microsoft will be looking for this game to make the Xbox the system for RTS in the same way that Halo made it the console for FPS. This could really be big.

every since age of empires 3... i have lost alot of faith in ensemble.
