What game was that?

YAY! We finally have a good video covering Valkyria Chronicles. Here is a video from Gamespot. It has the game (in english) in the background while they are interviewing the game's producer.

Saw it earlier, looks great.  I like the skipping the mission in 2 turns part.

Very low budget... not very popular. I loved it though... despite the fact that all the characters were stupid and the story sucked... and the upgrade system sucked.

Valkrie Chronicles seems to use the same system but upgraded. I doubt it's a coincidence.

Only thing "worse" so far is Future Tactics had destructable enviroments.  It also had some kickass music so we'll see how Valkria stands up.

Rollover turns eh? Seems like camping and setting up ambushes will be big.

Maybe, but I'm guessing you'll have a maximum number of turns that you can accumulate.  The enemy should accumulate them too so if save all of yours for one big blitz, you better be ready for the counterattack...
