I think people who average less than 1/1000 can be at least honorary. You have 4 bans that weren't "legitimate" and your average is still less than 1/3000 even counting them. Are those the only bans you've had?

Clarification:  Bans that were whimsical (ioi's drunken spree) or mistaken (twesterm acknowledged that the ban was a mistake AFAIK) shouldn't count.
