Because Nintendo is destroying the industry allowing the devs to launch crappy games...
But if it was the opposite like the old Ninty days, he will be crying about Ninty not allowing to third party to launch crappy games and make money, hence destroying the videogame insdustry...

The wii is following the path of the ds. The ds is the hanheld that takes main series from consoles(DQ). Vgchartz has 79 rpgs listed, and I believe thats out of 600 games. Thats almost 1/6 of the ds' games. Now the ds gets FF remakes, and Dragon Quest main series games , because it does the best in japan. Do you know how the 3rd party support on the ds started out as? Casual games, Shovelware,etc.( Same as the wii) After they saw how well it was selling, now look at the 3rd party support. Look at the games of 2008 thread. We are already seeing the start of the 3rd party support on the wii the same as the ds. Do you know what games the wii WILL get rpgs. It won't get Final Fantasy, but it will get rpgs that are better if the declination of the quality of FInal fantasy games continues. My level of hype for Chrystal Crystal bearers is starting to rival that of FFXIII just because of the trailer and how well the ds game was. Now the wii might not get the shooters, but it will get enough shooters. It won't be the platform with 1,00s of generic fps'.
@ Op here are 4 rpgs you should look into if you want what SSJ12 says you do. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The crystal bearers, Tales of Symphonia, and Fragile, Fire Emblem( THis is already out). I could recommend others, but those are the only ones where I believe there is going to be depth in the story.

btw i just watched ratatouille on bluray on my friends PS3, and it was an awesome movie! Disney movies are generally entertaining. Why don't you just look past the rating, and just look at the core essence of a piece of entertainment?

I understand how you feel, i had my anti-nintendo days back in the gamecube days... so... I didn't buy a gamecube, and enjoyed every minute of my ps2. Right now, if I was to buy a next gen console I'd probably get a wii, just for MK, SMG and SSMB. I wouldn't be unhappy with a ps3, but I'd have to wait for FFXIII and GoW to be really happy with it.
What I'm saying is, you know what to expect from the console you buy, if you like shooters you made a poor choice, don't you think? we all know there's PCs for that, or, worst case scenario, a 360

I agree with you man. you should join the fun and buy a PS3/360 and enjoy GTA4 and games such as Resistance, Uncharted, Gears or War, Halo 3, etc. depending on which you buy!
To be honest, with all the fanboyism running rampant on this site, for me to believe any anti-Nintendo posts, I need proof that the poster isn't a liar and a fanboy of another console.
That would be pointless, however, since I don't care about anyone's opinions, outside my own, in the end, and I find they run opposite of yours, liar or not.
