Hard to say... each have a charm:

Tales of Pirates is a cell shaded MMORPG that is in constant expansion to new areas and worlds. you have access to anime like expressions that you see in some Japanese RPG like the Tales series (Note: this game is not from the series)

Sword of the new world is a great MMORPG with amazing graphics... The costumes are great and the combat system is really nice. and the fact that later on you can create a party, you control one while the AI controls the other three is awesome.. still expanding and worth checking out.

Maple Story is a 2D MMORPG that in my opinion is great for fun moments and it doesn't require a lot of computer specs

The other two are above average but I haven't been further in those games

Battle for Wesnoth is an excellent single and multiplayer tactics rpg for the PC.
