the closest game I can describe it is Crackdown.

Delicious :D It reminds me alot of that Hulk game, it was a fantastic game and had some of the greatest free-roam elements I've ever seen. I've got my eye on this title, I think it will be able to do amazing things ^_^ The graphics are kinda eh, but it's a free-roamer or so it seems, so I won't expect too much :)
