Since I haven't seen many good gaming news stories lately, I opened up this thread hoping that anyone here would have good gaming news to share. We as gamers could really use some good news for a change.

Do new releases count? Control: Resonant will be released tomorrow (or actually technically today in my time zone).

Depends on how well the new releases turn out.

A number of really excellent games this year have found success, such as Pragmata, Mouse PI for Hire, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, and Denshattack.

It’s funny: the only news I’ve encountered as of recent has been pretty darn positive. Talks about price hikes and layoffs (besides the most recent Xbox situation) to have cooled down from Summer, Nintendo’s got a good slate of releases entering the new year, these past three weeks have seen the release of tons of new, acclaimed games (Fire Emblem, Control, Dawnwalker, Well Dweller, Silent Hill Townfall, Trails 2nd, etc.), we’re quickly approaching the release of two generational juggernauts (OoT Remake, GTA VI) alongside many cool games on the horizon (Phantom Blade Zero, FF Resonance, FFVII Revelation, Spyro, Kirby, Metroid, Switch Sports, Xenoblade, etc.).

Gaming really isn’t in a negative state. It’s 100% what you choose to fill your feed with, what you choose to engage with.
