Twitch requirements are still really easy to become an Affiliate. All you need are 25 followers, stream for 4 hours on 4 different days, and average at least 3 viewers 4 different days in the last 30 days. Very easy to hit. To become Twitch Partner requires an average of 75 viewers or more over the course of 6 streams in a 30 day period. I'm a Twitch Affiliate, but only get a handful of viewers per stream. I just do it for the fun of it and what little I make goes towards buying games. |
I'm a Twitch Affiliate too o/ thanks to someone who a couple of years ago raided my stream with almost 100 raiders. Unfortunately, I kinda gave up on Twitch. I only have 103 followers, and most of my streams had 0 or 1 people watching it. On Youtube I'm over 1.040 subscribers, and it's growing on a regular basis. |
I've been streaming on Twitch since 2014. Though, been on and off. At one point many years ago I got 20-30 viewers per stream. Now I'm lucky to get 5. But at this point I just stream whatever game I'd play whether I would be streaming or not. So mainly single player stuff.
Nice work on growing on YouTube. I've been stuck around ~9,700 subs for years.
