Btw I want to say that E-day looks amasing.... the electric store in neon lights, and the raytracing looked pretty good to me.

State of Decay 3 didn't have platforms announced before... And has just been confirmed as coming to ps5. So I guess they're still announcing new PS5 games lol.

Yeah there have been a few games shown with "coming to ps5" as well.
I wonder if there are more games that will go exclusive than just E-day.

I think they are just knee jerk reacting to the xbox fanbase demanding exclusives again so they can appease to the mob. The other reason is they are testing to see if Gears can actually sell enough being exclusive and also push console sales and if it doesnt move the needle then back to their current multiplatform strategy for all the games.

Yeah Senua / hellblade 2 didn't light the world on fire.
However they did come out and say something like "ps5 sales were good" or something like that.

They probably feel like its Niche enough, that it needs a bigger pool of people to sell it too.

The Gears IP isnt as strong as it used to be, thats why I doubt it'll even reach 5m actual copies sold like it did back in its glory days specially if you dont even have to buy it to play it.

It would have to somehow pull out an Arc raiders or helldivers 2 type of hype and attention to convince the planet that it is THE GAME to buy over everything else.

So Gears/Clockwork console exclusive.

SoD3, Senua and Spyro newly announced for PS5.
