Man, Rutte is always so deep in Trump's ass even after Trump leaking his personal messages where we already saw how deep he's in his butt.

It's always poor Trump who's his true friend and only the other NATO countries are to blame for the relationship falling apart

To be fair, I kinda understand his predicament: he's trying at all costs to keep NATO alive until Trump is out of office, even if he needs to make an utter fool of himself to reach that goal.

Rutte hasn't be very positive of Trump before become the Nato chief, but now he kinda has to for NATO's future existence.

I doubt that's the right way if it's the reason for that. Backstabbing every other partner just to satisfy Trump is the reason why Trump even has his nose so high (and it's disrespecting every other partner). Everyone around him is licking his butt and the past just proved that he's getting worse and worse because of it. He's in a situation believing that the whole world is his servant because everyone is just like "yes, yes, yes" if it comes to him. People often say everyone is just playing him but I don't see good results from that.

This whole "we just need to kiss his ass for some years and be bad to everyone else for him" is ridiculous.

At least countries didn't just all participate in this war (as much as he wished for) just because they want to satisfy him but giving him a harder time should be the solution to handle him and not whatever politicians  and other important people around the globe do.

USA has to suffer as much as possible with him as president to really change something. Not only for him but also for the future because other assholes in USA will think "well, just be like Trump as well"

As expected

‘Iran is in no hurry’ to negotiate; ball now in US’s court

The Iranian Tasnim news agency is quoting an informed source as saying that the “ball is in America’s court” and that “Iran is in no hurry” to negotiate.

“Iran presented reasonable initiatives and proposals in the negotiations. The ball is in America’s court to look at the issues realistically,” the source said.

The source accused the US of miscalculating in the negotiations, just as it had done in war, and warned that nothing would change in the Strait of Hormuz “until the United States agrees to a reasonable agreement”.

Iran, the source added, “is in no hurry”.

No date or venue has been set for a possible next round of talks.

Vance says there has been no agreement with Iran after marathon talks

Vice President JD Vance said marathon talks with Iran did not result in an agreement to permanently end the war.

“We have been at it now for 21 hours, and we’ve had a number of substantive discussions with the Iranians. That’s the good news,” Vance said at a press appearance in Islamabad.

“The bad news is that we have not reached an agreement,” he said. “And I think that’s bad news for Iran much more than it’s bad news for the United States of America. So we go back to the United States having not come to an agreement.”

No it's bad news for the 8.3 billion people on Earth, and those in Lebanon in particular. (Minus the billionaires who continue to profit from all this conflict)

Ex-Iran FM says no deal will succeed on ‘our/your terms’

In a post on X, former Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif asked: “Want to know why negotiations did not succeed?”

He then quoted US VP Vance as saying, “They have chosen not to accept our terms.”

“Bingo,” wrote Zarif. “No negotiations – at least with Iran – will succeed based on ‘our/your terms’.”

He went on: “The US must learn: you can’t dictate terms to Iran. It’s not too late to learn. Yet.”

The talks are done, both delegations are headed back home, the 71 strong Iranian team and US' Zionist clown show of Vance, Witkoff and Kushner. These kind of negotiations take weeks, months, years, yet Trump has an attention span of a goldfish so it was never going to work. It was all a PR stunt to appease Netanyahu and as a reason to block the Strait as well now. Just as Trump said earlier he wanted to toll booth the Strait.

So on to the next temper tantrum:

Trump says US will blockade the Strait of Hormuz

President Donald Trump said today the US Navy will begin blockading ships in the Strait of Hormuz and interdicting every ship that has paid a toll to Iran, after US peace talks with the country collapsed.

“Effective immediately, the United States Navy, the Finest in the World, will begin the process of BLOCKADING any and all Ships trying to enter, or leave, the Strait of Hormuz,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “At some point, we will reach an ‘ALL BEING ALLOWED TO GO IN, ALL BEING ALLOWED TO GO OUT’ basis, but Iran has not allowed that to happen by merely saying, ‘There may be a mine out there somewhere,’ that nobody knows about but them. THIS IS WORLD EXTORTION.”

Trump also said the US will prevent passage for any ship that has paid a toll to Iran and will begin removing mines from the strait.

“I have also instructed our Navy to seek and interdict every vessel in International Waters that has paid a toll to Iran,” he wrote. “No one who pays an illegal toll will have safe passage on the high seas. We will also begin destroying the mines the Iranians laid in the Straits. Any Iranian who fires at us, or at peaceful vessels, will be BLOWN TO HELL!”

The closure of the Strait of Hormuz by Iran caused global economic turmoil, and a key condition for the US reaching a peace deal with Iran was for them to allow free passage through the waterway.

In a second post, Trump even reiterated the condition, saying, “As they promised, they better begin the process of getting this INTERNATIONAL WATERWAY OPEN AND FAST!”

That will make Trump even more popular with Asia... How will this work, US ships will have to dare getting close to the Strait into the cross hairs of Iranian drones.

Meanwhile more of the damage done in the past 40 days comes out:

Over 940 schools in Iran damaged, 18 completely destroyed

At least 942 schools across Iran have been damaged, including 18 that were completely destroyed, an Iranian government spokesperson says. The spokesperson, quoted by the semi-official Tasnim News Agency, added that schools requiring repairs are expected to be restored within two to three months.

Iran says 3,375 people killed during war

The head of Iran’s Forensic Medicine Organisation, Abbas Masjedi Arani, says the authorities have identified the bodies of 3,375 people killed during the US-Israel war on Iran. In a statement to the Iranian media, Arani said the death toll included 2,875 men and nearly 500 women.

Israel killed 13 people in Lebanon today, says health ministry

At least 13 people have been killed in Israeli attacks in southern Lebanon today, according to the country’s health ministry. As we have reported, one person was killed in Tyre, six were killed in Maaroub, and six others were killed in Qana.

‘Nothing was achieved’ as support for war in Israel dwindles

Haim Bresheeth, professor at the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies, says this is far from the end of the war, despite a ceasefire and ongoing negotiations, and that the Israeli public knows this.

“This is not even a ceasefire at the moment because Israel is firing at Lebanon,” he told Al Jazeera, adding that if Trump is “unable or unwilling to stop this”, it shows “weakness”.

He said Israelis feel they are at a “cliff edge” because of the ongoing conflicts, and pointed out that Israeli public support for the war has dropped, and it will continue to fall.

Bresheeth describes the conflict as a “war forever” that serves Netanyahu’s political survival. He warned that Americans will blame Trump for being led into what he called the first US defeat since Vietnam.

“This is not done in the interest of Israelis or Americans or anybody else.”

Yep only in Netanyahu's interest who was supposed to continue standing trial today for his corruption charges but asked to be accused again for national security...

The whole world must suffer for Netanyahu.

When the U.S. arms Israel it's called "supporting an ally," but if China helps Iran with defense, suddenly it's outrage and panic?

Feels a bit like: "It's fine when we do it. It's a problem when you do it."
