Forums - Nintendo - Best Nintendo game for Mobile

Even if Nintendo is still not fully embracing platforms other than their own, they released quite a bunch of games on iOS/Android.

For those who played, which one do you consider the best?

Some of the games include:

- Pokémon GO

- Super Mario Run

- Fire Emblem Heroes

- Mario Kart Tour

- Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp

- Pikmin Bloom

I don't play on mobile, but I got Pokémon GO and had quite a bit of fun.

Pretty much the same for me; Pokémon Go remains the only mobile game I've ever been bothered to play.

It was kinda fun for a while and a good excuse to get out of the house.

Probably Mario Run. But I really liked that casual experiment Miitomo. The family and I had so much fun with that one.

I used to play MarioKart Tour a ton back in 11th grade (2019-2020)! Would always pick up and play whenever I was in between periods or stuck with nothing to do during football games (I played in marching band). Once the pandemic hit and these little opportunities to pick up the game went away, so too did my playtime. I have fond memories of that game!

Animal Crossing Pocket Camp is another one. I was addicted to that game during Spring 2019! I actually found New Horizons super underwhelming just because how much less simple the gameplay loop was compared to Pocket Camp— it was very relaxing just doing these mind-numbing objectives, making my camp look nice, and meet all the villagers. Not much of an Animal Crossing fan, but I really adored Pocket Camp.

Fire Emblem Heroes without doubt, I started playing when it was released and I still play it while I'm pooping.

Didn't play any of them. But Fire Emblem Heroes is quite the success story, it generated $1.27 billion (the equivalent of 21 million copies sold at $60). So it beats out the rest of the series combined.

Pokémon go was such a phenom back then. The only mobile title from Nintendo's IP arsenal that I spent any significant time playing. I have tried a few others and Mario run was okay I guess but mostly made me want to play other Mario games instead.
