FFVII Part III will not be showcased until SGF is my prediction, though having it as a show closer would go crazy. I’m expecting a Spring 2027 release, so it’s not outside the realm of possibility that a tease is dropped. I’m not getting any hopes up though, I know how these presentations usually go.

That's a bold prediction. That would be about a year less than between the releases of the first two parts (Apr 2020 - Feb 2024). Depending on how much they can reuse from the first two parts to speed up development of the third part, it's perhaps not an entirely unrealistic prediction, but I know I wouldn't bet on a 2027 release, especially a spring one. Usually games take longer to develop.
