Hey 360 always has the most haters against it. You eventually just get numb to it all.

never played the first one cause I wasn't into RPG's.

Heck no, Don't know anything about JRPG, about MMOs, about party games, about Japan games generally. I don't like them but its stupid to beat around a forum let's say about Brawl and say, "hey people, the game you adore sucks!"

You didn't play Resistance Did you? I did. I played almost All the current gen shooters (ok, i admit it, i dropped Hour of Victory and Turning Point).
If you played it, you wouldn't even stand yourself defending it (unless its the ONLY shooter you played so then tatatataaa! Apocalypse!)

Hell yes I've played it. If I remember I played it through twice so I could get all the weapons. Once on normal difficulty and then once on hard. I thought it was a very fun game and I especially loved all of the crazy weapons. And I've also played all the way through GeOW with a friend. Thought it was a fun game but GD was that one of the most poorly told stories ever. Now let me help you out with this. If you liked GeOW I'm not going to tell you it sucked, I didn't like it but that doesn't mean it was of low quality, just means my tastes are different then yours. Your opinion is not any better than my opinion.

If you want to go purely based on numbers we can go with gamerankings where resistance is an 86.7 and GeOW is a 93.8. Not nearly enough of a difference to call Resistance a poor game.

also in case you actually checked my game database, I admit I had forgotten to add it, what can I say it's been a while since I bought it.

Hrmm funny that you call RFOM a game that "sucked", being that just about every credible press (people that know ALOT more about this industry than you do) would disagree with you, I'd say that would make you a fanboy. I've played Resistance, beaten it and played it online a couple times, and i can easily defend the game, just like most people that has actually completely finished it. Maybe next time instead of being paranoid and whining about trolls against the 360, you should read your post and figure out whos the one stirring the flame in the first place.

I can tell you why he catching so much flack. Fable 1 was hugely hyped and it did not meet those expectations. Molyneaux made grand promises about features of the game that weren't present in the final product. Starcraft is catching flack because Molyneaux lost a lot of credibility with his original Fable claims and most people are taking a wait and see approach to Fable 2. Its the same issue I take with the Killzone 2 hype. The original game didn't live up to expectations so its a bit foolish to assume the sequel will. Its possible that Fable 2 will actually do what its predecessor could not, but most aren't willing to make that assumption.

Sorry All of these have a massive way to go for me. Lost Odyssey was the best I played since FF7. Lost Odyssey in my books is probably Rpg of the year.

I actually think he's being somewhat sarcastic about his RPG of 08 claims, but I don't see what wrong with someone that thinks a game has GOTY potential, whether its Fable2,KZ2,etc. As long as that person isn't trying to shove it down other people's throats in an attempt to make that opinion a fact, the person shouldn't get harrassed for making an opinion.

I don't know BBsin. I think that putting RPG of the year in the title as well as talking about it like it's fact is essentially ramming it down people's throats, but I see what you mean about not ragging on him just for his opinion.
