I never once said it was delusional to disagree. I posed the question because i think there is an argument to be made on both sides. I lean more towards that switch is 8th gen and stated multiple times that this isnt a settled matter and i think we have to wait until its discontinued and 10th gen is well under way before the answer becomes more clear. Im not calling anybody delusional for disagreeing. In fact ive taken way more heat in this thread than the rest of you combined and ive taken it on the chin with no problem at all. The championships talk ill take ownership of, of course. Lol.

I didn't say you made the "delusional" post, just that it was an example of what I was talking about.

Oh ok i see, i apologize. Reading your post again, i see what you meant.
As a side note, i have to point out that 2007 wasnt exactly a bad time. I say this from experience being on here since then. This place was booming, and part of the reason is that the 7th generation was so exciting, and part of that was the competition that was going on. PS3 vs 360 was peak competition, and the wii topping the charts with the same 4 games week after week just put a funny spin on that. Gaming was more exciting and i think a big reason for that was competition was so fierce. Now what we have is microsoft who seemingly has no interest in competing with anybody and sony who seems to be resting on their laurels doing the bare minimum because nobody is really there forcing their hand. Even nintendo seems to not want to do their best a lot of the time because they have a good idea of what they can get away with (pricing issues, rehashing shit, etc.) Competition is a good thing and when its at its highest, gamers benefit, but also as a product of that, the fans also get more involved and you get more warring. Thats just how things go. All that to say, 2007 was an awesome time. Lol
Total Championships: Nintendo - 4, Sony - 2, Atari - 1, Microsoft - 0, Sega - 0
